Gaga is a movement language, which uses the healing, releasing, and transforming power of movement and guides participants through various "tasks" by consciously listening to physical sensations. It promotes flexibility and endurance, stimulates the imagination and mobilizes all parts of the body. Adi Weinberg graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, the Haifa program for professional dancers, and is working as a dancer and Gaga teacher. [No late admittance]
