This workshop invites everyone to experience improvised movement with live music. The Group Motion method combines movement meditation, improvisation, and contact dance. In a two-hour, non-stop practice, spontaneous compositions and deep, collective experiences are created. No prior knowledge is required. In the early evening, the Group Motion Party will take place, to which participants and additional guests are invited. Jennifer Mann, dancer, choreographer, and yoga teacher, and Heidi Weiss, dancer, choreographer, and teacher, combine improvisation, live music, and movement practice and teach at renowned institutions worldwide.
