IWS 03: FELINE APPROACH

Sébastien Perrault's workshop invites people to immerse themselves in his choreographic language through excerpts from his pieces. He leads through sensations with precise impulses, his approach to movement is both physical and sensitive. It is based on letting go and off-balance, while being fully aware of the body at the same time, giving it a "feline" quality. French dancer and choreographer Sébastien Perrault trained at the Angers Conservatory and the Junior Ballet in Geneva. He has worked with numerous choreographers including Marie-Claude Pietragalla, Bianca Li, and Olivier Dubois. He is also active with his own company.
