IWS 3: Morning Technique

Yasmeen Godder has been teaching technique classes for the past 20 years. She draws her practice from different methodologies which emphasise moving from an anatomically aware, supported, and effective physical intention with an embodied approach. The class will incorporate a series of exercises which will be repeated and deepened each day and develop into working on complex movement phrases.
